What is Confidential Data?

At Secure Data Recycling we would define “Confidential Data” as that laid out in the Data Protection Act, which states that it is “data which relates to a living individual who can be identified”. Any information which relates to a persons name is Confidential.  If your company maintains any of the following, you need to shred documents.
