Due to our continued expansion, we are seeking an enthusiastic and approachable individual to join our Goods in team as a Warehouse Supervisor.

Our business involves the collection and destruction of confidential paper and data along with IT & Electrical equipment so the successful candidate will undergo a CRB check, the cost of which will be covered by the Company.

THE POSITION

This is an important role within the business and we’re looking for a responsible individual who’s willing to get stuck in to all aspects of the business. The majority of your time will be spent in Goods in, responsible for unloading the vehicles at the end of the day, counting items and weighing paper and the usual hours of work will be 7.30am to 5pm, however there will often be occasions when the vehicles are back late and as such additional hours will be required.

You will also be responsible for supervising a small team, working alongside the other supervisors within the business to ensure that the manpower within the business is utilised to best effect daily.

WHAT WE NEED

Someone who has a minimum of 2 years supervisory experience within a busy warehouse environment along with a valid Forklift licence, telescopic would be of great benefit but is not essential. The salary is negotiable and will depend on experience.
