Sales Executive

Our Sales Team needs to grow and we’re looking for 4 new recruits to expand the team. You could be an experienced Sales Executive or a Trainee, we are more concerned with your attitude; are you hungry for success? Are you willing to work hard?

PURPOSE OF POSITION
To convert high quality leads to sales and manage those accounts on an ongoing basis by providing a high level of Customer Service and ensuring that all queries are responded to in an efficient, professional and timely manner. Managing and developing accounts, to maximise turnover and profit. Hitting personal targets and contributing to the overall profitability, success and positive image of the business within the marketplace.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
 Identify opportunities, successfully pitch and close sales over the telephone.
 Nurture and retain accounts through the development of strong relationships with key decision makers
 Develop creative pitches and presentations.
 Proactively follow up leads generated from canvassing.
 Use of initiative to identify and follow up opportunities with Companies not already on the database.
 Manage the database to high degree of accuracy to ensure targeted marketing activity can take place.
 Negotiate commercial terms within the set guidelines.
 Meet or exceed Company and team KPI’s relating to talk time and quotations sent.
 Follow Company guidelines when completing paperwork, ensuring that systems are completely up to date and correct at all times.
 Attend weekly training meetings with the Sales Managers.
 Liaise effectively with all departments within the business to ensure customer requirements are met.
 Contribute to the team performance by sharing and implementing best practice ideas.
